Glad to have a best friend that’s always down to try new things. We went straight up RAW VEGAN for lunch. I hadSushi with sprouted almond-sesame seed pate, carrots, beets, kimchi, avocado and sprouts wrapped in nori. Served with wasabi & wheat-free tamari. Gucci Mane had an Enchilada plate with spicy sunflower seed pate in a collard green wrap topped with cacao-sun dried tomato mole, & cashew queso fresco.
Our favorite was the Sunday “NICEcream.” Of course, vegan. We chatted with the workers for a bit about how it’s made & what’s in it. It’s made out of coconut milk & cashews. Can’t wait to try to attempt to make it ourselves!
